Grind chana dal.Add turmeric powder red chilli powder,amchur,gram masala powder,coriander leaves.Mix well

Make a dough with wheat flour.Make small portions.Stuff the chana dal pur into the portions.give those shape of parathas.Heat a tawa.cook each side on medium heat for 2 mins.Apply ghee and repeat the process.Serve hot with chutney/raita
