Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  2. 2 tablespoonscondensed milk
  3. 3 dropsred food colour
  4. 1/2 teaspoonrose essence
  5. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  6. 1 tablespoonpure ghee

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and lightly roast desiccated coconut but don't let the colour change.

  2. 2

    Let it cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Add rest mentioned ingredients in coconut powder. Thus a nice pink coloured muxture, we get.

  4. 4

    Grease modak mould.

  5. 5

    Now take modak mould and set ready mixture on both sides on modak mould. Take modaks out of mould carefully. Thus we get beautiful and lovely pink modaks. Now our rose-coconut modaks are ready to serve.
