Soak your Moong Dal overnight

Get your blender,put in the Moong Dal and blend to a thick consistency.Use very little water

Pour in a bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients.Mix very well.

Heat your oil

Using your fingers,pick some of the ready mixture in your hands like a tablespoon,and drop into the oil.Be very careful not to burn yourself.

You can start dropping the batter at the very side of the deep frying pan,to avoid oil splatter.fry for a few minutes,until the colour starts to change.

Your bhajias are now ready to be served.Best served with homemade hot and sweet Tamarind sauce or tomato chilli hot and sweet.
