Ingredients

  • 4banana (peel and mashed)
  • 2eggs
  • 10 tbspwheat flour
  • 8 tbspwhite sugar
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 100 mlmelted butter
  • Pinchvanilla powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix egg and sugar with hand mixer until soft.

    Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda, mix again.

    Add banana, melted butter, and vanilla powder, stir again until mixed.

    Put into tray (cover tray with baking paper).

    Steam over 30 minutes in a medium heat.
