Ingredients

  1. 1large chicken breast
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 1 cupdiced carrots, corn and peas
  4. Milk and flour
  5. 2 sheetspuff pastry

    All ingredients

    Fry the chopped onion and diced chicken, set aside

  3. 3

    Make a white sauce with the milk and flour

  4. 4

    Fold chicken in with white sauce. Add carrot, corn and pees.

  5. 5

    Layer baking tray with one layer of the puff pastry and scoop chicken mix on.

  6. 6

    Cover with second sheet of the puff pastry, and possibly egg wash top. Stick in oven until done.
