Boil rajma in 2 cup of water and little salt whistle till it cook very soft crushed and add rajma in a bowl add crushed potato all powder and kothmir and salt leave it for 1 hour

Shape it in kabab form and shallow fry in little oil in grill pan from all sides till it become crispy from outside and soft from inside serve hot with ketchup or any chutney....
