White Lava Halwa

In one cup of water add curry leaves and grind to make a fine paste.

Take a wok and heat oil and roast cashews and raisins in it. Once roasted keep them aside.

Take a wok and heat oil.

Then add Semolina and roast it well, meanwhile take another pan and add water, sugar and curry patta puree and let it boil till sugar dissolves.

Now add this sugar syrup slowly slowly into halwa add mawa and cook it well.

Once the halwa gets thick, add cashew and raisins.

Now in a small bowl add little pure ghee then add the halwa in it.

Make a hole in the centre and add grated white chocolate in it.

Cover it by add halwa on it again.

Now empty the bowl slowy in a plate.

Your curry patta halwa is now ready, garnish with white chocolate chips.
