Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 2 Cupsoya bean
  • 1 tbspGram flour
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 1Small size onion finely chopped
  • 1 Bunchcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • as neededOil (for fry)
  • as neededIce cream stick

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water in soya bean and soke for one hour

    Drain water and add soya bean in grinder and grind well

  3. 3

    Now add grinded soya bean in a bowl and add all ingredients in a soya bean bowl not include oil

    Now prepared small ball and add stick in a ball and prepare all soya chaap

    And now heat oil for frying soya chaap

  6. 6

    Now add soya chaap in oil for frying fry soya chaap for 2-3 minutes or soya chaap crispy and golden
