  • 1tea green bag
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonfresh lemon juice

    Boiled water add all ingredients let it set for few minutes and drink.

  2. 2

    Enjoy-it I didn’t add any sweetener usually I drink my liquid with no sugar but surprisingly my husbands said that it doesn’t need any
