  • salt hasb e zaiqa
  • 2 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tsppowder gram masala
  • ak egg

    Aik bowl ma boil aaloo ko mash krden.

    Daal ko tmam dry spices ke sath  chopper m pees lein aur mash aaloo b is mn mix krden  hari mirch aur hari dhania  bareek katkr shamil krden pyaz b kat kar shamil krden. Ab egg ko phent kar usa b add krden.

    Ab mixture ko achi trhsa mix krden or us ke kabab bnakr shallow fry karein  or serve karein.
