Add all the marination ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined, set aside.

Slice the idli into halves.

Dip the idli halves in the marination prepared and coat it properly.

Leave the idli in the marination for sometime.

Now insert lollipop sticks to each of the idli.

Keep oil in a kadai for boiling. Once oil is hot start frying the idli lollipops.

Place the idle on a plate and garnish it with spring onion, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese.

Serve it with some fried noodles and with schezwan chutney.
