Ingredients

  • Halfpack deep fry tofu
  • Spray oil
  • 2-3 tbspSpices (I use mix spices called heavenly herb from spice way) which contain dry parsley, lemon thyme, dill, coriander, sumac, black pepper, garlic, cumin, sage and lemon grass)
  • You can actually use any dry spices you have at home too
  • 4-6skewers

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly coated tofu in cooking oil and coat tofu with the spices

    Toasted them on a medium heat pan and put them on skewers

    Serve with sweet plum sauce
