Cut onions in sciles and fry in oil will add g.g paste and whtezeera when onions bcome light brown

Add cutted bringles (peeloff or with skin) and cook for few mints.add cutted tomatoes and potatoes and spices as well

Wash rice clearly and rise for 10 to 15 mints.when bringlez become half cook then add water in the measuring of rice.

When water boiled then add rice in pot and let them cook....rice cooked well then spinkle dhaniyaan and cover for 5 mints with very low flame. And serve with yougt.
