250 gmsbroad beans
1chopped tomato
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp mustard,cumin mix
1/4 tsp hing
2 tsp roasted peanut powder
To tasteSalt
1/2 cupWater

In a kadhai take oil add mustard,cumin. Then add hing, turmeric and chopped tomato and saute till soft

Add beans,red chilli powder,salt,sugar,water and cook covered for 10 mins. Stir occasionally.

Once cooked add peanut powder mix well and cook for 2-5 mins and serve.
