Jab channay achi terhan bhoony jayein to chawal ke mutabik pani add krein, jab pani josh dene lggy to soaked chawal add krein or pani khush hony tak pakayein. Jab pani thorda sa reh jaye to dumm de dein.

Mazedar channay ka pulao serve krny ke liye ready hai. Dahi ke raitay or achar ke sath serve krein.
