Ingredients

4 people
  1. 4-5medium Potatoes boiled and cubed
  2. 1/2 cupdried curry leaves
  3. 1 tsphaldi powder
  4. 1 tspJeera, Coriander seeds
  5. 1 tspJeera powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspamchoor
  8. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes. In a pan, add oil as it heats add jeera and coriander seeds.

  2. 2

    Now add the curry leaves cook for a minute or two to get them crispy.

  3. 3

    Now add all the masalas in the pan except salt.

  4. 4

    Now add the potatoes and mix everything.

  5. 5

    Saute on high flame for 1-2 minutes. Switch off the gas. The Potatoes are done. Serve them hot.
