Cooking Instructions

Clean the chicken Cube (boneless) wash and drain excess water. Dry it with tissue paper.marinate with curd, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, lemon, salt & black pepper.

In a frying pan, take dry masala and stir it for 5 to 10 minutes in a low flame and put out the flame. Now put this in a mixer grinder to grind it into a fine powder. Mix the masala with marinated chicken. Add milk powder and add 1 tsp mustard oil. Mustard oil gives a specific smell of tandoori. If required add salt.

We will refrigerate this masala mix marinated chicken for 1 hour.

Now soak the skewers in water for 15 minutes. Thread the chicken cubes on the skewers.

After 1 hour I will take a nonstick pan, grease with butter and then shallow fry till like tandoori chicken.

Kalimirch Murg Kebab is super delicious and very flavorsome kebabs. It is soft and melts in the mouth. Kebab is flavoured with Kalimirch. Yummy, less oil and simple recipe for everyone.
