Steps

  1. 1

    Place meat on foil season and flatten, top with sauce and mottserela cheese and roll into log

  2. 2

    Grill meat over direct heat.

  3. 3

    Fry peppers and onions in cast iron pan

  4. 4

    Serve on big toasted hoagie buns
