To roast the cauliflower: Take a deep pan. Boil water, add pinch of salt, then boil the whole cauliflower for 10 minutes and take it out after 10 minutes.

Then take a fry pan. Add two teaspoons oil and fry the whole cauliflower for 5 minutes from both sides. Then take it out and keep aside.

To make sweet and sour chilli chicken: Take a pan, add one tablespoon oil, then add minced chicken, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt and cook for ten minutes. Then add black pepper powder and tomato sauce.

Then add lime juice and chopped green chilies, cook for two minutes. And it's ready to serve.

Take a serving plate, put the roasted cauliflower in the middle and the sweet and sour chilli chicken from all sides.Spread coriander and serve hot with plain rice or roti.
