Pav bhaji fondue
Steps

In a pressure cooker take roughly chopped capsicum, cabbage, carrot, beans, garlic, ginger, potato and add 1/4 cup water and pressure cook for two whistles.

Now in a deep pan heat 2 tbsp butter, add jeera
- 3
Now add finely chopped onion and tomato and saute.

Now add boiled veggies in pan.

Add all the spices like salt, red chilli and pav bhaji masala.

Now cook on low flame for 5 mins.

Turn off the flame and With the help of blender make a smooth fine puree of bhaji.

Now add the rest of the butter and cheese in bhaji and cover with lid.

Serve with small pav roasted in butter.
