Ingredients

  • Boiled Potatoes 1kg cut in cubes
  • 1 cupOil
  • 4 tbspTamarind pulp
  • 2 tbspBrown sugar
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1-1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a pan,add all the spices in it. Add tamarind pulp and brown sugar. Mix well. Add in boiled potatoes and mix it well till gravy thick and all the potatoes coated well. Serve.
