Zaarda and Caswenut Rabri delight

To make zarda: Boil water, add rice and orange food colour, when the rice will be cooked well, remove it from the stove and drain the water.

Then take a pan, add one cup of water,2 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon..Boil well, and it will be thick and become sugar syrup. Then add orange colour rice in it. Cook for 5 minutes in very low heat, then remove it from stove, and keep aside.

To make Rabri: Take a pan,add heavy or thick milk,add 1 teaspoon sugar and caswe nut paste and cook for 10minutes..Then add cornflour with it,and again cook for 5minutes.when the rabri is thicken,rabri is ready..

Take a serving glass-First add zarda,then a layer of rabri,then diced banana and apple,then again zaarda layer,then fruits as shown in the picture I made below.

Serve chill. It's a very yummy dessert.
