A simple and easy to make cake. Soft and fluffy in texture.
Steps

Preheat the oven at 180-degree celsius.

Cream the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add in the beaten eggs slowly and keep whisking.

Now add in the flour and fold lightly.
- 5
Pour the batter in the greased mould and put to bake at 180-degree celsius for 20-25 minutes.

When baked demould them in a cooling rack, and prepare the icing, by adding in the warm water in 200 grams of icing sugar followed by few drops of food colour if desired.

Spread the icing over the fairy cake and relish each and every bite of it.
