Steps

Take one cup of milk in a bowl.

Add bread pieces in milk bowl. If required take one more cup of milk for soaking bread in milk.

Mash and mix properly bread and milk.

Take a karahi,switch on the gas on low flame, add ghee,then add mashed bread. Let it be on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes. Turn the mixture upside down in between with spatula so that it doesn't stick.

Then add cup of milk and sugar again leave for 3 to 5 minutes. Put a plate on halwa leave it for 5 minutes.

Garnish it with elaichi,kaju badam and kismis.
