This delicious easy to prepare in large quantities, delicious fried starter is made from mashed potatoes and bread crumbs mixture coated with roasted papad crumbs which are soft from inside and crunchy from outside.
I made it small quantity.. for recipe sharing basis...but you can prepare accordingly to your requirements.
As frying in small quantity, I fried them in tadka pan for less oil usage.

Peel and mashed boiled potatoes. Grind bread slices in mixer to make bread crumbs. In mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli paste,red chilli powder, salt to taste.

Mix well and make 6 equal portions from potato- bread crumbs mixture. Grease your palms with oil, make flat round shape tikki of each portion, roll into roasted papad crumbs as shown in fig.

Heat oil in tadka pan, deep fry prepare tikki one by one on slow flame till crispy golden.

Serve Delicious Hot Kurkure Aloo with mint coriander chutney.
