Custard is a western dessert and gulabjamun is Indian. I used both of these ingredients to make a cake. You may call it as a fusion dessert also.

Custard is a western dessert and gulabjamun is Indian. I used both of these ingredients to make a cake. You may call it as a fusion dessert also.
Steps
- 1
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- 2
Then mix all the wet ingredients in it.
- 3
Make a smooth batter.
- 4
Then mix some chopped gulabjamuns in it.
- 5
Grease a cake tin with butter and butter paper and pour the batter in it.
- 6
Garnish some gulabjamuns, almonds, pumpkin seeds and saffron strands.
- 7
Bake it in a cooker without weighing the whistle for 35 minutes. After that check it with the help of a toothpick whether it is perfectly baked or not.
- 8
Now your Gulabjamun custard cake is ready.
- 9
Cut it into pieces and serve.
- 10
You can store it in an airtight container for 2 days.
