We need plain flour 1/2 tbsp salt milk and 3 tbsp oil mix them to prepare dough

Now dough is ready keep it for 1 hour at room temperature

Collect green chilli garlic cloves and 1/2 tbsp salt yogurt

And grind it

Now sauce is ready

Prepared masala required cinnamon stick black pepper corn green cardamon coriander powder

And grind it and mix it 1 tbsp salt red chilli crushed

Chopped chicken mince

Prepared chicken mince required chopped onion green chilli ginger garlic paste and prepared masala

Mix it well

Shape them in reshmi kabab

Fry kabab in each sides in fry pan

Now prepared paratha

Now paratha is ready

Cut cucumber in slices....all ingredients are ready

Put two reshmi kabab on paratha and spread cutney witch cucumber and roll them one by one
