Take 300 grams chicken.

Add 1/2 tbsp or to salt.

Then add 1/2 tbsp or to taste red chilli powder.

Add 1 tsp Garam masala powder.

Add 1 tsp black pepper powder.

Add 1/2 tbsp chaat masala.

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Add 2 tbsp yogurt.

Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.

Add 1 pinch of food colour.

Add 1 tbsp Desi ghee.

Mix all ingredients nicely.and marinate for 4 hours or overnight.

Thread marinated chicken into skewers.

Heat a pan.grease pan with oil.

Fry skewers one side for 4-5 mins in medium flame.

Fry skewers all side until done.
