Palak Gosht

All Ingredients:
Meat (mutton or beef): 1/2 kg
Spinach: 1 kg
Onions: 2 pcs
Tomatoes: 4 pcs
Salt: as per taste
Red Pepper: 1 teaspoon / as per taste
Coriander Powder: 2 teaspoons
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 1/2 cup
Green Chilli: 8 to 10 / as per taste
Water: 2 cups / as required

.Method
Wash and cut spinach leaves. place in strainer to drain water out.
Cut away heavy stems and make thin pieces.Mix meat, onions, tomatoes, salt, red pepper, coriander powder, ginger garlic and oil and mix well. Add 2 glasses of water and place on stove for cooking.

When meat is tender and it's liquid is dried, roast it well. When oil appears add green chilli.
Place for dam (steam-cook) for 2 to 3 minutes.
Palak Gosht is Ready.
