Ingredients

  • as neededOnions inch cubes (Layered)
  • as neededGreen capsicum (Sliced Square)
  • 1Tomato large
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3-4 clovesGarlic finely chopped
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • 2 tspOil
  • as neededSatay stick
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • 1 tspPav bhaji masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Skewer onto each satay according to the colors (Onion, Idli, capsicum, onion, tomato idli) It's your wish

  2. 2

    Arrange the satay stick on a plate and sprinkle salt, garlic, pav bhaji masala, jeera masala,one tablespoon lemon juice and one tablespoon oil.

  3. 3

    Heat a tawa, pour oil and arrange the satay stick on it. Turn the satay stick so that they get cooked evenly all around.

  4. 4

    It tastes well with Mayonnaise. Happy Eating
