Idli Satay
Steps

Skewer onto each satay according to the colors (Onion, Idli, capsicum, onion, tomato idli) It's your wish
- 2
Arrange the satay stick on a plate and sprinkle salt, garlic, pav bhaji masala, jeera masala,one tablespoon lemon juice and one tablespoon oil.

Heat a tawa, pour oil and arrange the satay stick on it. Turn the satay stick so that they get cooked evenly all around.

It tastes well with Mayonnaise. Happy Eating
