Ingredients

  • Halfkg carrots
  • 5-6green chillies
  • 5-6 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tbsred chilli powder
  • 2 tbsroasted and grinded coriander zeera powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3-4 tbsoil
  • 2lemon juice
  • Fresh dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate 1 carrot and cut rest lenth wise 2 inches long 1 inch wide

  2. 2

    Crush garlic,slit green chilli. and mix all the ingredients in carrots and mix well for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Enjoy with ur daal chawal or any curry.
