Ingredients

About 10 small skewers (12 cm)
  • 250 grchicken tenders (or boneless chicken breast/boneless thigh fillets)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspfreshly cracked white pepper
  • 1 tbspoil (I usually use 1 tsp first and add more if necessary)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cube the chicken and mix with salt and white pepper. Put in a fridge for at least half an hour (overnight is more preferable).

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan. Skewer the chicken cubes and rotate every 15 seconds or so. Cover. After 2-3 minutes, rotate.

  3. 3

    Optional: squeeze a bit of lemon before eating.
