Tawa beef pasanday

Cut beef boneless & flatten with hammer

In a bowl add salt, raw papaya, g.g paste,red chilli powder, corinder powder,turmeric & cumin powder,pappy seeds & lemon juice.. mix well

Add pasandey into it & leave for 2,3hour

Now add yogurt & brown onion.. mix well

In a pan/tawa heat oil add pasandey one by one in a flatten shape..

Now add remaining mixture into it..

Add a splash of water & cover the lid

When yogurt realise it's water.. change the side of pasanday after 1 hour..

Add more water if needed & cover the lid..

Cook for good 2 hours(please check in between the masala do not burn)..

In the end well tender completely.. u see water & cook it on high flame & bhounfy well..

Serve with raita,salad & naan..
