Ingredients

  1. 18 gdry fungi
  2. source make (mix the following together):
  3. 20 gsoy sauce
  4. 8 gvinegar
  5. 0.5 table spoonsalt
  6. dressing:
  7. 5fresh red chilli pepper - chopped into small tiny piceces
  8. garlic 5 small cloves- chopped into small tiny pieces
  9. bunchcoriander small chopped
  10. sesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak wood fungi for min 4 hours in cold water, dry fungi 18g is enough for two people.

  2. 2

    Wash fungi, and then put into boil for about 1 min

  3. 3

    Dry cooked fungi and put through cold water

  4. 4

    Mix all sauce with fungi

    Dress with dressing above and mix together

  6. 6

    With sesame oil, this is important, make a lot difference, also resting in fridge for 2 hours will taste so much better!
