Cut off the edges of the bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.

Combine the ingredients of the filling and mix well.

Take a flattened bread slice and make a cone shape and fill in a spoonful of filling.

Seal the edges using a little water.

Once all the samosas are stuffed bake them in the oven or air fry them(or deep fry).

Serve hot with mint sauce.
