I used dried chickpeas so I cooked it for about 3 hours you can soak overnight to fasten the cooking process.

Wash and Dice your tomatoes and cucumber

Pour them into a serving bowl add the chickpeas and mix them all up

Pour your cumin seed into a separate bowl to prepare your dressing add your black pepper and dried parsley

Squeeze the lime juice and vinegar into it.

Pour your coconut oil and mix it up

Pour it on your salad mix it up

Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
