Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwhite chane
  2. As requiredOil,salt
  3. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspGarammasala
  6. 1 tspChana masala
  7. As requiredAll dry masala
  8. 2onion
  9. 3tomatoes
  10. 1green chilli
  11. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tbsp jeera
  13. As requiredCoriander leave

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chana all night in water,in morning wash it,.

  2. 2

    Take two glass water in a cooker, now boil it ½ hour at low flame.

  3. 3

    Now make paste onion, tomatoes, green chilies.then heat oil in a pan and roast paste until brown add jeera also,

  4. 4

    Then add dry masala mix well and add boiled chana.cook it for 10 minutes without lid.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves.serve with poori.
