Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack chana
  2. 1 teaspoonSalt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  4. 1 pinchhing
  5. 1 teaspoonjeera
  6. 1 teaspoonchana masala
  7. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1tomato chopped
  10. 1potato boiled
  11. 1onion chopped
  12. 1 tablespoonoil
  13. 1 teaspoonlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak chana overnight.

    Now cook in pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water along with salt and turmeric.

    Take 2-3 whistles on sim gas.

  4. 4

    Now heat oil in wok,add hing,jeera.

  5. 5

    Mix and cook for 5 minutes.

    Now add lemon juice, tomatoes, potatoes, onion

  7. 7

    Serve with namkeen.
