Grind devil red chillies, bay leaves, garlic cloves, sea salt,olive oil, smoked paprika and lemon juice into paste consistency.

Add peri peri sauce to the chicken pieces and mix it properly. Take a piece of charcoal chunk and heat it.

Place the heated charcoal in a small bowl and keep the bowl in marinated chicken bowl.

Pour oil on the heated charcoal and as soon as they start emitting smoke,cover the marination bowl with a lid.let it smoke for half an hour.

Heat oil in pan,place the pieces of chicken in the pan and fry till it becomes golden brown on all sides.

Finally garnish with parsley and serve with lemon,white onions and green chutney.
