250 gmspatta gobi
1/2 bowl mater
2chopped onions
2choppped tomatoes,
1 green chilli
2potatoes cut in small size
As neededoil
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Steps

Heat oil in kadhai add onion and saute it then add tomato and green chilli and saute it 2-3 mins.

Then add mater and potato and all spices and mix it well.

Add chopped Patta Gobi and mix it.

Cook it for 7 to 10 minutes.

Now serve it.
