Wash & marinate the chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste,curd,&egg.Rest it 30 mints.

After 30 mints add cornflour mix it well& deep fry.

Heat a pan add oil,add chopped ginger garlic stir 5 seconds. Than add onion cube sauted 2mints.

Than add greenchilli,capsicum stir 1mints.

Add fried chicken,salt,ajinomoto,vinegar.mix it well.

Add all sauces mix it well.

Chilli chicken is ready to serve.
