In a mixing bowl take mashed potatoes add onion,green chillies, coriander,capsicum and carrot Then add all the dry spices.now add salt as ur taste and mix very well.

In another bowl take corn flour and add black pepper and a little bit of salt.add little by little water and make a flowing consisting batter.

Now Grease ur hand with oil take little portion of potatoes mixture and make small size balls.prepare all cutlets in this manner.then dip the cutlet into the corn flour's batter and then coated with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all the cutlets on medium flame. Serve hot with green chutney.🤗
