  • as neededChopped green coriander leaves
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 1 tspamchur powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsptil
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes longitudinally or vertically wash in water and dry it

    Fry once in oil

    Press it by back of katori

    Fry it again till golden brown

    Take kadai add oil and fry sesame slightly add mix of spices
