Ingredients

  • 1 cuprefined flour
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 cupchopped spinach
  • 1onion
  • 1 cuptofu
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 3 tspcorn flakes
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 3 tspcheese
  • As requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    To prepare stuffing, chopped the onions. In a pan heat the olive oil and add onions. Saute it for a while and add chopped spinach. Let it get cooked well. At the end add garlic powder, pepper powder, salt to taste. Add grated tofu and mix it well.

  2. 2

    To prepare dough for ravioli, mix both the flour, add salt, oil, and using required water, make a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Using rolling pin, prepare a sheet of ravioli. Cut it into square, fill the mixture in center. Cover it with other sheet of same size and seal it using fork. Prepare all the ravioli like this.

  4. 4

    Prepare corn flour slurry. Dip the ravioli in it, roll over in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle little cheese over it and garnish with fresh coriander leaf. Enjoy crispy ravioli with ketchup.
