Peel the potato and dice it into small pieces

Fry for 5 min and strain

Dice the vegetable and combine with the potato

Add seasoning and mix together

Put 3 table spoon vegetable oil into a pan and transfer the potato mixture

Stir fry for 3 min and enjoy
