  • 3sweet potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2scotch bonnets
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • to tasteSeasoning
  • 2eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the sweet potatoes and boil with salt till it softened

  2. 2

    Mash it and add chop onion and grated scotch bonnet

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and roll into balls

  4. 4

    Whisk the egg and add some seasoning

  5. 5

    Put the potato balls in the egg and then flour then egg then bread crumbs

  6. 6

    Deep fry and enjoy
