Ingredients

  • Yam
  • Gino sachet tomato
  • Cubeseasoning
  • Salt
  • Palm oil
  • Sardine
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel yam, dice into cube, wash and rinse again

  2. 2

    Add yam to pot, grinded pepper, sachet tomato, palm oil, cube seasoning salt and water

  3. 3

    Put on fire and cook till soft and tender then mash with a turning stick

  4. 4

    Add sardine and mash together.
