Steps

Pour oil in a kadai,add chopped onions,saute well till it becomes translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste, give it a quick stir and add chopped tomatoes and green chillies.

Once everything is merged, add chicken, close with the lid till the chicken is cooked completely.

Then add potato(steamed), red chilli powder, salt and garam masala.

Finally add chopped coriander and keep it aside to cool down.

Make thin batter with maida, salt and water.

Make dosa with the batter, remove from tawa and keep the stuffing in top of dosa,then roll dosa by closing both the sides.

Now dip the roll in egg and then in bread crumbs.

Finally deep fry in oil,Serve with sauce.
