Ingredients

  • 3 cupAll purpose flour
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • 1 cupWater(hot)
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1/4 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl add flour,salt,baking powder and oil mixture.

    Add water be sure to knead for 20 minutes dough should be smooth and soft rest 15 minutes.

    Make the dough ball and rolling into thin sheets bring it to a medium-high heat.
