  • 250 gmPotatoes
  • 1 tspChopped Ginger
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • to tasteSendha namak as per taste
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil potatoes.Remove skin.In a Kadhai Add oil,jeera,chopped green chillies and ginger.Now add Potatoes.salt and lemon juice.Mix it well
